TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Condition of Items on Sale
    Almost all items we sell are in antique condition and will show wear, signs of use and in certain cases damage. While we make every effort to describe items in detail, it is not always possible or practical to to list every knock and scrape. Photos form part of the description and should always be studied carefully before committing to buy. If you are unhappy with the condition of the goods, please contact us neil@southernfrontier.co.uk.

  2. Age Policy
    It is illegal in the UK for anyone under the age of 18 to buy weapons and this includes knives and spears. These items require age verification at the time of order and on delivery and can only be delivered to the person who ordered it. Postage costs slightly more as a result.

  3. Goods are subject to availability
    If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

  4. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the checkout process
    We make every effort to deliver goods in the estimated timescale but sometimes delays are unavoidable. We work with several carriers, and they may deliver your parcel to your neighbour or to a place of safe-keeping at their discretion.

  5. Shipping insurance
    All postage prices shown do not include insurance. Should you require it please inform Southern Frontier at the time of purchase. We will endeavour to pack and protect the goods, but if they are damaged or lost from courier negligence or mishap, we cannot be held responsible and are not liable to reimburse you for any cost.

  6. Eco-Friendly / Sustainable Packaging
    Wherever possible we re-use packing material. It's better for the planet.

  7. Payment forms
    We accept online payment by card as listed, but also welcome cash or bank transfer. Please contact us if you wish to make use of these methods.

  8. Return Policy
    You may return the item with 14 days for a refund minus shipping charges if the item is returned to us in the same packaging, and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition that it left us in. If the reason for return is that the item was not described correctly then you are entitles to a full refund.

  9. Parcel tracking information
    We may use your email address and/or phone number via SMS to inform you of parcel tracking information for your order. We may also pass your email/phone number to the carrier which has your parcel, who will use this information to inform you of the progress of your parcel. It will not be used by us or our carrier after the parcel has been delivered.
